“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis. The company issue established for intervention ordeals a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tricky to the office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to enable the servicing of all prospects and raise entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
